Good day all and Happy September! We made it through summer and were geared up for the Fall! Big news on the brewery improvements! New glycol system is coming along and were almost ready to put in the new 7bbl fermenter!! Nothing makes a brewer happier than new toys in the brewery! We are happy to announce that our Blgian Tripel has hit the taps! This is a limited release because we have put close to 2BBls of it in our resident Bourbon Barrel!
